Our Products

We make our bitters in tiny micro-batches from the finest ingredients we can source. The vast majority of our ingredients are organically grown and sustainable. For products that we cannot source locally, we try to buy from independent small family farmers, whenever possible.

We don't cut any corners. Ever. When there is a better ingredient available, we will use it. For example, whereas others use orange essence oils or byproducts from orange juice production, we zest only fresh organic citrus. The coffee we use in our coffee bitters is some of the finest freshly roasted Pacific Northwest Coffee you can buy, and it is ground in-house, minutes before it goes into the infusion. Our hazelnuts are from a local organic family orchard and they are roasted minutes before we immerse them. We are so fanatical about sourcing, we even raise the bees that give us the wax for the decorative string around the bottles.
